Refund and Returns Policy
Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date (unless otherwise stated). To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please provide photos as evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Products that have been used or damaged (unless due to a quality issue)

Sale items or final clearance products

Customized or personalized products (unless there is a defect)
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your request. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. Please ship back the item within 15 days and provide the tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after payment.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return the item according to our return policy once received.
